Everyone here is amazing. All compassionate and extremely helpful. I called them for help with a family member and they came to my rescue next day. They even squeezed me in an additional day to make sure the job got done properly. I’m super grateful to them all. Highly recommended.

Our travel trailer was broken into and lived in for up to 2 weeks by a homeless person. He trashed it pretty good! He smoked in it and left cigarette burns on the floor and counters. Feces all over the bathroom and used condoms in the bedroom. Needless to say, my wife and I were pretty freaked out! We called Cory at Bio One. He came out and gave us an estimate to clean it up. Could not guarantee the cigarette smell would be gone, but reassured us the rest would clean up nicely. We had problems with the insurance company on what they would pay on. Went back and forth for 3 months. Cory stuck by our side and went above and beyond! When we finally settled, Cory's crew came to our storage yard and did a very thorough job cleaning it up. The smell is gone also! I can't say enough about Cory and his crew! Very thorough, very professional. Recommend them 100%. Thanks Cory!!

I've worked with Bio-One twice; once to clean out the home of my uncle, who hoarded items + animals, and another to help clear out my mom's garage! It took a while to convince my mom her garage needed some help; but I managed to persuade her because of how how impressed we were with Bio-One the first time. Cory made coordinating really easy. Big shout out to David R. & the team! They were patient, sensitive and accommodating - my mom for sure loved them. She's been so thrilled now that it's cleaned out; it's made a huge difference and we were able to find some papers and photos that had been missing for ages. I highly recommend them, especially if you have immigrant parents who have a hard time letting go of things!
