I've worked with Bio-One twice; once to clean out the home of my uncle, who hoarded items + animals, and another to help clear out my mom's garage! It took a while to convince my mom her garage needed some help; but I managed to persuade her because of how how impressed we were with Bio-One the first time. Cory made coordinating really easy. Big shout out to David R. & the team! They were patient, sensitive and accommodating - my mom for sure loved them. She's been so thrilled now that it's cleaned out; it's made a huge difference and we were able to find some papers and photos that had been missing for ages. I highly recommend them, especially if you have immigrant parents who have a hard time letting go of things!

I only paid for a 4 hour time slot, and was worried that Bio-One wasn't going to be able to make a lot of progress in the time given, but Geraldo, David, and Wyatt were very efficient and managed to do a lot more than I ever could have done, filling up the whole truck and disinfecting the rooms, while also separating important items and things in good condition for safekeeping. They worked quickly and were pleasant company, keeping me in good spirits despite the unpleasant circumstances. Definitely worth the money, and I'd recommend them to anyone else who needs a big hauling job!

I had a situation where I needed a cleaning because the resident had passed away in the house and wasn’t found right away. Corey handled the situation with care and compassion, was out quickly to get it done and was more than reasonably priced. I also hired them to clean the house out, and they did a great job and were great at working around some challenges we had. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
