I had a situation where I needed a cleaning because the resident had passed away in the house and wasn’t found right away. Corey handled the situation with care and compassion, was out quickly to get it done and was more than reasonably priced. I also hired them to clean the house out, and they did a great job and were great at working around some challenges we had. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I cannot speak highly enough of Bio-One. I'm so thankful that they were recommended to me. My family and I had lost a family member and the circumstances were too traumatic for us to take care of. Cory and his team were so thoughtful, detailed, and respectful throughout the entire process. "Recently came into possession of a home that had previously been owned by a hoarder. The problem was not only overwhelming but very sensitive as well provided the former owner asked to be involved in the identification of possessions that they wished to retain. Admittedly I had no idea how to begin such a massive project and started to call specialists (I had no idea this industry existed).
