The entire Bio One team was very professional and thorough during our entire clean up. They immediately took care of every problem that we ran into. I highly recommend them. They were fantastic!

Cory of Bio-One ot Orange was so compassionate and helpful - I felt comfortable from the first conversation and later with the team of four men who came to do the job. Nobody was judgemental of me. They were very discreet as i requested. I am so glad they came to help me with my home!! They were SO competent and thorough and detail-oriented! They followed my suggestions as I made them. They did a great job of asking what I wanted to throw away. They did much on their own, they cleaned what I didn't even think of them to clean - what great surprises! Each of the team members were so polite and helpful and hard-working. Each of them had wonderful attitudes! It was easy for me to talk with them. After I told them what I wanted done, they often were able to be self-directed. I totally am happy to refer them to people needing any size job done, I was so impressed with everyone and everything!! Thank you for a great experience!!

I only paid for a 4 hour time slot, and was worried that Bio-One wasn't going to be able to make a lot of progress in the time given, but Geraldo, David, and Wyatt were very efficient and managed to do a lot more than I ever could have done, filling up the whole truck and disinfecting the rooms, while also separating important items and things in good condition for safekeeping. They worked quickly and were pleasant company, keeping me in good spirits despite the unpleasant circumstances. Definitely worth the money, and I'd recommend them to anyone else who needs a big hauling job!

I had a situation where I needed a cleaning because the resident had passed away in the house and wasn’t found right away. Corey handled the situation with care and compassion, was out quickly to get it done and was more than reasonably priced. I also hired them to clean the house out, and they did a great job and were great at working around some challenges we had. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Service and professionalism from the estimate through the work to the final walk through was simply outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did. They have my highest, unqualified recommendation.
