Cory and his team were absolutely AWESOME, cleaning out a family member's home that had been in very bad shape due to illness. We will be forever grateful for their professional, sensitive care during a difficult time. Highly, highly recommend!

Corey and his team were amazing. We live out of state and they kept us informed every stop of the way. This was no small job and they got it done in 4 or 5 days. Thank you Corey for making this process during this difficult time so smooth.

I had a situation where I needed a cleaning because the resident had passed away in the house and wasn’t found right away. Corey handled the situation with care and compassion, was out quickly to get it done and was more than reasonably priced. I also hired them to clean the house out, and they did a great job and were great at working around some challenges we had. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I was helping a friend recover her home from an animal hoarding situation and the staff at Bio-One was very compassionate and professional. They completed an amazing amount of work in 2 days and made the home safe and sanitary again.

I needed some major help cleaning out the condo of a family member. Bio-One was quick to respond to my inquiries for help, easy to contact with questions, and able to provide competitive pricing. They did a stellar job on the clean up, even helping with items that needed donation (rather than disposal at the dump.) I am so grateful for the help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Had a wonderful experience with Bio-One. Cory the owner is top-notch and a consistent communicator. The crew was great as well, bringing a collaborative approach, a ton of hard work and absolutely no judgment. Would highly recommend Bio-One and will be using them as similar projects arise in the future.
