Bio-One of Orange and Trauma Intervention Program partners with the American Red Cross to host a Community Blood Drive
ORANGE, CA (August 19, 2021) – Bio-One of Orange and Trauma Intervention Program Orange County will host a community blood drive with the American Red Cross on August 19, 2021, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at Sanctify Church.

“Bio-One of Orange is committed to helping our community by looking for ways to give back. Blood is a perishable product that can only come from volunteer blood donors. With someone in the U.S. needing blood every two seconds, blood products needs constant replenishment, according to the Red Cross.
“We urge friends, family and community members to take an hour out of your day to donate blood and help by making sure that Orange County hospitals have a supply of blood ready in case an emergency occurs. Your act of kindness can help save a life with a simple donation of blood,” said Naomi Flores of Bio-One of Orange.
According to the Red Cross, donors with all blood types are needed, especially those with types O negative, A negative, and B negative.
